You covered all the necessary points well considering the training is a snapshot of EI. I like the extra resources provided as well.
It was ok. A little bit on the nose with some of the recommendations, but ok. 1 star less as the site kept logging me out. Which ironically got me stressed.
A good tool for making sure that I understand that how I act affects others and that I should always put myself in other peoples shoes.

His was a good training video and the length was just right. The prosentor was very good.

The course was very instructive, practical and informative. It taught me how to communicate well with others and responding appropriately to their emotions as well as how to show empathy to their emotion, and how to be a good listener. As an LSA this training will be so vital to put it into practice as I do deal sometimes with emotional students.
