A valuable insight

The course was interesting and a useful exercise, that is not just confined to the office but in everyday life.

Very informative.

I had never heard of EI, so it was very interesting to learn what EI is all about. A very interesting course.

Great course - thanks!

Thanks- a really well presented and informative course. It would have actually been better if it was slightly longer I think, but otherwise, a very good first look at EI.

Great to see this in the workplace!

I was very struck with how professionally this was presented and also how direct, simple, understandable and compassionate. The graphics work wonderfully well with the content and were in my opinion cleverly minimalist. The main reader/actor spoke clearly and eloquently and I would like to buy this and give to various friends and family members who I think could benefit at times from watching this. Great to see this being offered in the workplace - what a sign of progress!

Very educational.

This course is very educational in the sense that, it educates me on how empathy can help me bring live to someone's life, Improve my relationship with someone, be able to socialize with people with out failing. Putting myself in others shoes will help me to be a good listener, and able to give a shoulder to cry upon to someone who needs it.

Important to consider

This is something I really didn't know much about and made me think that I sometimes struggle to 'read' peoples emotions.
