This gave a refreshing overview and steps to improve my home working experience and productivity.
Enjoyed the content and will try and put points raised into practise more. Anything that prevents burnout/stress is top on my list always. Particularly thought the exercises for joints at the workstation. Bodies need to move to be effective. Would have scored higher but i found that I went over the timings that were given a lot. I like to absorb the information (including the resources). Wouldn't like to think that I am a slow learner

This course was very similar to the H&S for home workers, felt like it was a lot of the same material and questions. Maybe combine the two?
