excellent course that raised awareness of impact on the individual on lone home working. although I have been a lone worker of over 12 years I gained aware ness of things I haven't thought of previously . 5 stars.

A useful summary of important issues

The course was well presented.Importantly the way it was presented held my attention.There was a lot of useful and helpful information.

Learnt a few things myself from the course which will be beneficial. I very rarely move from the desk in case I miss a phone call. However, at work I would have gone for a break and made some drinks without a worry. At home you tend to not move around much and this is not healthy. This course has re educated me and The Basic Rest Activity Cycle highlights the need for meaningful breaks.

Broken down into small parts which were then easy to take in.

this was broken down into manageable parts so easier to complete a lot of it was common sense but still knowledgeable

This training provides a good basic overview to those new to remote working. The sections on boundaries and identifying and dealing with distractions are particularly useful. If you have been remote working for a while some of the sections may not be relevant. The presenter is clear and there is good use of examples.

Clear and Concise, easy to navigate. Would be nice to have a slideshow version as video can be quite time-consuming and covers some very obvious subject matter.

The training covered a lot of things that Certsure have already implemented and provided support/training, It also highlights that as a company you have been supportive to your staff. The ease of going through the course and the highlighted time scales each modules have help with organising this training around my working day
