This course was very effective in setting out important factors to be considered when undertaking remote working. It was clear, easy to understand and a great reminder on how to make best use of remote working whilst at the same time protecting yourself in terms of your mental health and wellbeing.

Alot of it made sense, although I suppose I had done a lot of these but definitely food for thought. It refers to other factors that are around you and i like the bit on how to prioritise your work.
I enjoyed the course as it was clear and to the point, and very easy to follow.
