It is fine for a new start but even then most of us have worked / studied at home at some point in our lives. There is too much information and it almost seems patronising. There is some valuable information particularly in relation to the separation of home life and work life when working remotely.
A useful course for those starting out or continuing their remote working journey. Lots of common sense but it does note that management support is important.

Covers everything you need to work from home effectively and safely taking into account emotional problems that can occur. Provided additional tools which were very useful especially the schedule.
Although there was little "new" in this, it was a good reminder to me of what I should do to make my remote working experience as effective as possible. Sometimes slowing down and planning a day can result in better quality output and better quality experience.
