Clearly delivered points to help me achieve effective remote working.
The training is generally quite good for remote working but doesn't account for company policies that may contradict some of the content - e.g. encouraging employees to work from a cafe without acknowledging that the company policy may prohibit this due to data security concerns or various other reasons. It would be better if such statements were accompanied by a caveat of "if your company allows...". Due to a number of such definitive statements, this training is also unlikely to be useful for hybrid working arrangements.

After working remotely for many years, this was an excellent refresher and gave me some new tips for more effective workplace planning. I would recommend this course
