Well laid out course, with the presenter articulate and very easy to follow the actions required
A reminder of how to act when attending
The course was a good reminder of how to act and appear when attending meetings, I find short reminders like this really useful in bringing back some focus to my working day.
Simple and Effective
Most of this that was mentioned in the videos is common sense. Most of the items discussed like timing / keeping on track, is good and efficient however, most meetings do go over because of people contributing etc.
