I enjoyed this course very much, it refreshed my knowledge and instilled confidence in me as it confirmed that I was using best practice at all times.
GOOD TO HAVE A REFRESHER AND TO DO IT AT MY SPEED.
The course covered a lot of areas in a concise manner, making it easy to understand, remember and apply. The short case studies were helpful as it enabled you to have an insight into the various incidents that could happen and how to handle them.
