A one pager with stretches etc. would be helpful. It was mentioned in "additional resources" but one (I did) forgets to look for it when reaching the end of the station. Automatically attaching it as second page to the certificate of the training might be an idea.

Good video-based course. Clear and concise. Good demonstrations of what one needs to do.
I liked the video presentation and demonstration and, especially, the practical tips and stretching exercises for eyes and posture.
