Actually quite good

Usually DSE courses are woeful but this course gave some good tips.

5/5
A good refresher in a refreshing format

I found the mix of short video clips, pre-test questions and additional resources accessible, engaging, up-to-date and, most importantly, relevant, without being patronising. Easy to fall back into poor habits, pleased to note that this was part of induction.

Clear and Concise

The course communicated the essential information in a good way and had good supporting information.

5/5
Extremely Informative

From your eyes to every part of your body. It shows that employers and employees are not aware of the affects of bad posture, required breaks (in that time, move away from your work station, and exercise accordingly) and tired eyes. VERY USEFUL.

5/5
Very clear and easy to understand

Being shown by this video was a very good way to ensure it was clear where everything should be on your desk and I found the 20 20 20 a very good way to remind myself to take plenty breaks away from the desk and screen.

5/5
Good reminder of common sense approaches

This was helpful in gaining further insight and understanding about how to set up my home based work station, the legal responsibilities my employer has and a good reminder of common sense approaches to take.
