I have taken many DSE courses and this is probably the best. Clearly explained and comprehensive in its coverage of the issues and the messages to make sure that the risks of DSE usage is minimised so far as is practicable. Highly recommended
This course is borderline scaremongering. It simply doesn't reflect the most up to date information on the role of posture and is frankly incredibly poor. Please review the evidence that is out there on occupational risk in the workplace - especially the total debunking of posture and 'text neck' It is so out of date I would give it 0 stars if I could - it is alarming that this can still be produced when it is so clearly out of date

It was easy to follow, made sense and the reviews at the end of each section helped to recap. The use of actors demonstrating stretching techniques helped to ensure the correct movements and very useful for visual learners.

A informative training course. Good balance between theory and practical,
The training is well delivered and clear in terms of messaging and methods to mitigate risks to your eyes, posture etc.
