Good refresher but a bit long
An easy to follow course which was very inforamtive, the videos were broken down in to easy to follow segments and were not boring to follow
I thought the course was broken down in to small videos making it easier to follow. I found it very informative.
-Good pronunciation - eg schedule - SHED-yul - though off with 'one' - it's WUN. Only said 'ay' for indefinite article once - which must be a record.-poor grammar though, eg 'as you pull your spine backward like you did in the beginning'Correct: AS you did at (?) the beginning. In the beginning - at first at the beginning - at the start of something.

Content was short and sweet in good bite sized chunks.I would suggest a confirm button on the midway quiz questions or a note the tells people answers are submitted with a single click.I would also suggest a "does not apply" for the risk assessment to removed the yes/no dichotomy.
I enjoyed the short presentations throughout the course. The course was well presented and I have made some alterations to my "working from home" set-up
