Learnt some helpful things which I will remember going forward.
It would be helpful if you could move back and forward through the modules, I went back to an earlier module then had to repeat others to get back to my place

-Good pronunciation - eg schedule - SHED-yul - though off with 'one' - it's WUN. Only said 'ay' for indefinite article once - which must be a record.-poor grammar though, eg 'as you pull your spine backward like you did in the beginning'Correct: AS you did at (?) the beginning.In the beginning - at first at the beginning - at the start of something.
Good training on all areas. Particularly liked the example stretches.
