This course definitely will help me for my work place
A user friendly course that is easily interpreted and provides usual information. Although course is fairly straightforward, for some completing the course it may be simpler to provide the questions at the end of each section.
Covers the basics and isn't too long.
The session had a good flow and was very easy to listen to and complete.
There were a number of elements of this course which struck a strong resonance with me as I have suffered from bad posture and periods of extreme back pain and wish I had seen this video as a younger self.
