Each section was a good length and the training covered a wide range of content. The elections at the end of each section were helpful.
I found it a waste of time, ive done training like this previously and didnt learn anything i didnt already know
This course was very thorough, clear and precise, kept interesting by using several criteria, quite useful in using your work location with good guidance and information
I found this course to be very informative and useful. The 20-20-20 Rule is one that I will build into my working day and the neck and shoulder rolls as this is where I find the most strain.
