Most of this I did know, but it was a very good reminder. I have now made adjustments to my posture and chair. Also slightly adjusted my screen.

I thought the whole course was excellent. In my case I hurt my neck a few months ago and I am still in a bit of pain. The course has shown me all the many things I am doing wrong. I am going to act on everything I have learnt and I am pleased that I have also got a new neck exercise I can use. The rest of the course was very informative without being patronising, it is one of the best ones I have done in a long time. Thank You.
The video slots and the timings were good, high quality. It was easy to understand and followed a logical sequence. I felt I learnt a lot through this method
