Informative and interesting course. Given that I work at a computer for most of the day the guidance contained in the course is extremely useful. As a result of taking this course I have assessed my workspace and made the necessary adjustments to work better
Easy to remember, clear. A slide pack would be useful as a refresher
A good training session - very clear and easy to follow. I like how it is split up into small sessions, which make it easier to follow and easier to concentrate.
