Doing this course again helps to raise awareness of good posture while sitting in front of computer/laptop. This is especially important when more people are working from home. Good reminder !

Good course. Lots of content. Would ideally like to skip some parts of training (ie pregnancy!) That are irrelevant
This course was very informative and clear. The visuals were very clear too and the explanation was good very easy to understand.
While the video content was good, the test asked some seemingly pointless questions like knowing the standard reading angle where the choices were in increments of 5deg ... who cares

I think this course could be covered in 10 slides and assumes we have the memory of a goldfish. It's just too long and dry- like eating 45 Jacobs Cream Crackers!
