Useful reminder of healthy work practice for computer use. The gap for me is that as a new home based worker, I only have been provided with laptop, mouse and headset but not with a monitor and keyboard. This also refers to other modules but no link or location to find that are mentioned.
A very clear and informative course. It contained the right balance of factual information which was well supported by visual presentations to illustrate this factual information. It led me to re-arrange my work station! So a positive impact too! .
A good mix of sound and visual information and with 2 presenters it was made very accessible.
