Just one thing. I previously had an ergonomic left handed mouse. Due to the change over my mouse has now been returned to Aviva. I'm hoping another can be provided soon please as this definitely helps with my neck, shoulders and wrist.

Well presented, did not overstay its "welcome" and taught me something ( 20-20-20 rule)
Perhaps this DSE could be targeted towards individuals whom have raised a concern or have had a change of workplace or personal circumstance where this could be more relevant. In my previous employment, it was only used for that purpose, not mandated for all to rigorously complete and to be be tested upon, as individuals we all have a personal responsibility to ensure our own comfort levels and working environment is suitable for our needs.
