Well presented and with clear advice on posture, desk layout, exercises and preventing eye-strain. The visuals were useful but again it would have been nice to have the option to just read at my own pace rather than have to follow the video - particularly e.g. for the introductions to each section where no visual support was needed.
Covered all the bases, but for someone not wholly based at a desk it was maybe 20% too long ?

I felt it covered both what I expected and some more, such a good training module to repeat every year since we all tend to slack off on checking our posture by then.
