Good info and visuals but a bit too long

It was what one would expect from a legally required training course. Information was nicely explained in a simple and easy to understand manner, and I appreciated the visuals. The course was a bit longer than I would have expected though, and some key points were repeated which I felt was unneeded.

Easy to follow but comprehensive

Very user friendly training, covering all aspects of DSE user issues. I like the additional modules too, broken down well and easy to understand.

Good tips, clear and easy to follow.

Well presented and with clear advice on posture, desk layout, exercises and preventing eye-strain. The visuals were useful but again it would have been nice to have the option to just read at my own pace rather than have to follow the video - particularly e.g. for the introductions to each section where no visual support was needed.
