Useful and informative with good clear information.
Very clear demonstrations and explanations and it really gets the message home how important it is to get your display screen equipment set up correctly and review your posture regularly. Failing this, we are definitely storing health problems for the future.
This was a timely reminder for me to ensure that i have set up my work station correctly. It's particuarly important as i now have a hybrid working pattern and i was able to ensure that my work station at home is just right.
