Good sound training, delivered with clear and concise information. I didn't feel I was being lectured too. In particular what I took away from the course was the value of taking regular eye breaks the 20 20 20 rule which I hadn't heard of before.

This training video covers both the benefits of having good posture while working at a desk. I immediately realized that I practice many of the bad habits highlighted in the video. I will therefore make a conscious effort to adjust my sitting posture, ensure my workstation is arranged appropriately and make use of the advice which aims to reduce stress, fatigue and discomfort.
