The stuff on 20 20 20 for eyesight was very worthwhile

The contents of the training was clear and concise, the video's was easy to follow and the instructions were clear and help me to understand more about my body posture. Great course and excellent contents.
I have done many DSE courses in my lifetime. This one was by far the best as it took into consideration two screens, writing on a notepad/phone/working remotely and hot desks. The stretching/neck and shoulder rolls and 20-20-20 will be my new go to from now on. Thank you.

Very good combination of video and questions along the training to keep you engaged. Practical stretch examples are very useful.
This course is quick and easy to follow / complete. Only takes a few minutes to do and multiple choice questions a good
Good sound training, delivered with clear and concise information. I didn't feel I was being lectured too. In particular what I took away from the course was the value of taking regular eye breaks the 20 20 20 rule which I hadn't heard of before.
