I think the videos are too long and there is a shorter more direct way of setting up this course. you should have the option to take the test as the knowledge is the same where ever you work, so if you have taken the test before you gain nothing from the course.
This was most useful and I have learnt a lot about my position at my desk and taking regular breaks. Very informative and well explained.
I have done these type of assessments at various jobs during my career so some of this was familiar but it is always good to be reminded. It has made me realise that my previous job to now, my desk position and mainly the position of my two screens, was totally wrong. This would explain some neck discomfort I had.
