This course has made me more aware of my working arrangements and more able to recognise the correct way of working and how to correct that which isn't quite right.

Good course a lot better than previous online courses I have sat

Very detailed and interesting course, I learnt some new things around stretching and posture

I thought this training was really helpful, especially the mentioning of portable equipment as that is what I primarily use! I thought it was easy to follow and the quiz commits the useful facts to memory (hopefully!).

I found this course beneficial because it makes you aware on how to improve in the way you work to avoid injuries or potential health problems. The videos were very detailed and structured and analysed key information at the end of each video, which I found useful, as well as the tests at the end. This helps you to gain a deeper understanding and to ensure that you have thoroughly understood what the video has instructed you to do within a work environment. Also to apply these methods to your daily lives.
