Thought provoking about DSE equipment, Widening the scope to phone and tablets. It would have been good to be able to separately download the stretching videos as reminders of the scope

Very useful advice, which are a useful reminder. A refresher of this course is vital to maintain the good habits explained in this training.
Too long, doesn't cover workers who drive a lot of miles daily and how they can help themselves. Not sure the pregnancy section is required for Males.
