Good advice on how to stay safe and look after my body while sat at the computer for a long time.
The course is very self explanatory and the visuals are really useful. It is a bit lengthy with lots of slides but as long as you continue to keep them brief it works. However, I do find myself counting how many more pages to go before the end - 28 is a lot and there are some repeats along the way but that said it's good to re-cap given the amount of slides used. Overall though really useful information and I really like when you get a question in between the slides just breaks it up a little.
