The posture work I teach most days of the week as part of my work. If I need further help I would go across the corridor and speak with the Alexander technique teacher.
Clear and concise
A good encouragement to observe good posture and workplace setup, such as cleanliness, tidiness and where the various pieces of equipment you use are. Really, my only critique is that "Display Screen Equipment" is a really odd name / wording.
Subject matter clearly explained and demonstrated
