A good course, tone was friendly and engaging without lecturing or dictating. Ran into a technical issue when downloading a poster for posture, I was kicked out of the course, but was able to resume when I logged back in. Both presenters delivered the content professionally and I learned to take a break before I'm tired, which I had not considered before.

Helpful course to help remind me of poor posture and the corrective action required.
Informative and easy to follow.
Presented well, easy to understand, covered all the basics as well as added exercises to complete. Very good.
Very clear and easy to follow and covers working from the office and home working on both desktop PC and Laptops/Tablets etc. Always good to have a refresher
