Overall, I think the course is good. Interesting to me is that I will probably use a different desk every day that I am in the office so where are the cleaning materials. One observation is the noise. Finance Team is too close to the Technical Team and this does not help with concentration.
Would be great to have a shorter course to remind of key points and re-test each year.
