Very informative, and brought to my attention all sorts of scenarios.

It doesn't address where webcams should be positioned for meetings. At present I am finding because I have to use a laptop webcam and do not have a separate webcam positioned on top of my monitors, I am finding myself hunched over the laptop during meetings trying to keep myself in the frame.
I learned a few new things during this DSE training. Some examples include the 20-20-20 rule and the little and often break taking.
