It made me think about how I work and things that I can improve to make my 'work station' more comfortable. As a hybrid worker I move aound a range of locations. I have always hated having the phone to my ear as I do tuck it under my chin. Home working has led me to using the speaker function as the norm and headphones when I am out and about to maintain privacy. The course made me think more about my staff and their needs.
very helpful the stretching instruction, and posture
I picked up some useful hints that I wasn't aware of prior to the training. I also found that it was up to date and relevant, as it covered hygiene (self-cleaning IT equipment), working from home and online meetings, etc.

I found this course to be really beneficial. It reminded me of things that I should be doing, but I am out of practice. The work station exercises are very important and I will make this part of my daily routine, as well as regular breaks. The 20 20 example is something I will start to take on board.
