I found the course informative and will access my workstation using these guides on a regular basis
The course took much longer than expected due to the constant break in the video connection, nothing wrong with my broadband. We are using laptops where the screen is too low according to the course content, no risers have been provided, no extra keyboards have been provided for working remotely at home for hours on the laptop.

Considering the number of employees in the organisation, and the different disciplines that are found within Uclan, I believe the level is just right for every kind of work profession using DSE. The user interface is simple and almost self explanatory in terms of navigation backword and forward as well as the flexibility provided in the way the exercise can be done. The content demonstration and illustration can easily be followed, with the colour range meeting most 'group' types in all organisations.
