Very informative with regards to certain areas that are easily overlooked with posture and breaks.
good, useful content but way too many very long videos to say a simple thing, just keep it shorter as we are too busy to spend over an hour on this! took me forever
Really good training, i 'enjoyed' it, particularly the bloke showing examples of incorrect posture/alignment, very funny which makes it easier to remember
some great tips to keep your self healthy while working at workstation and how to avoid bad habits that can lead to poor health and lack of productivity.
