Good course with sensible and easy to follow instructions and examples. Will try to include in my day to day but would be good if we could automate a process to remind everyone to stop for a minute and do exercises or just take your eyes away from screen

Sorry this is fine working in the estate office, but have any of you worked 71/2 hour shift in Annual Pass? Come and work in a badly lit cabin, sit on a broken chair, with the screen on your left hand side, so you are twisting all day. Mix it up with only a 30min lunch break and voila - you do this course and wonder how the health and safety department let us work in it….. sorry the rules in this course are broken all the time. Not good enough.
I usually loathe things like this but this DSE training "course" was quite engaging and useful - I have actually changed the height of one of my devices (thought it was right, turned out it wasn't!) and it was really helpful to consider the differences between my work and home set up. I'm as bad as everyone else at taking regular breaks away from the screen but I'm going to do that now.....even if I have to use a sticky to remind me!
