Excellent, common sense tips to improve the working environment.
I've done a few DSE courses at different organisations I've worked at and this is the best. Very comprehensive, clearly presented and good tips. The test at the end is pitched at the right level to help embed knowledge. I would suggest reviewing for web standards on accessibility.

This is a good training session, too often we fall back to bad habits, after watching i moved all my equipment
