Good morningI have completed the online training that our organisation has purchased from your company and would like to offer two points as feedback.I am profoundly deaf and used the subtitles to cover the topics.Firstly - Several times the subtitles cover the information displayed on the screen, so it made it difficult to see the information.Secontly - I noted that you offered the courses in various languages but British Sign Language was not included. I am disappointed that this is not an option with the Equality Act 2010 is in place to ensure access to information. British Sign Language is a visual language and therefore I feel disadvantaged having to use written text to complete the course.Cofion/RegardsDavid
