I only gave 4 stars because I was going to do the extra courses about time management and working from home- it said these were free- however when I tried to access them I couldn't
The Video's and commentry raised the imprtancy as to why its so important to set up your working space safely.
Clear, but a bit long - could be shortened if some sections were optional e.g. I don't use a standing desk and am not pregnant!

It was a clear course with some useful content but very long - i think no more than 20 minutes would perhaps be more suitable. Adding the ability to skip parts that may not apply (pregnancy related or standing desk) may help.
I learnt so much in 32 mins. My favorite part of the course was the stretching's ideas to reduce stress and tiredness. I recommend this course for every DSC user.
