Very clear, interesting and informative.
I've suffered from RSI for a couple of years now and I actively implement a lot of the techniques taught in this course. I think it is important to get people to take this topic seriously. My only advice would be if you could include some statistics on how many people are affected by some of these symptoms, simply to make people take this topic as seriously as they can.
It was helpful I learnt a lot of information I did not know, things I will try my best to apply going forward.
Very useful for my role - I need to put all this into practice!
Goes beyond DSE to cover workstation health and safety and use of mobile devices
Very good course. Easy and interesting to follow with clear instructions on what to do what not to do. After taking the course, looks like I will need to make few changes in the way that I have been using my DSE and will start taking regular breaks and chance the activity and rest my eyes. Thank you!
