very comprehensive useful training

I think it contained all the info I need to work safely at home, on the move or hot desking in the office. The angle of the thumbs question was a bit random.

easy and understandable

I could see the alignment with The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 and as an assessor and assessor trainer the course was fully compliant and fully meets the need of the regulations at the same time as being engaging and full of information relevant with the current times, of standing desks and remote working practices.

Importance of DSE

The course reminded me of the importance of maintaining the correct posture while working at the computer. Also, about the breaks and exercises that I forget about.
