Very clear course that was well presented. Contained useful tips and reminders (e.g. the 20-20-20 rule). Good to be reminded of the importance of equipment cleaning too.
A much needed desk assessment, picked up some great tips I noted in my calendar as reminders, simple videos to follow, very clear to understand, quite fancy a, 'Anti-fatigue mat.
