I've always only used the hard copy HSE DSE paperwork but this was much more enjoyable.

A good reminder of the importance of good posture with some good advice

I found this course a very good refresher. However, I know there were 2 slides on using laptops and tablets, but I only use a laptop so one or two videos showing how to set up safely and correctly would be good

Well laid out in simple steps with excellent advice. Some new tips on exercises and habits that I'll start to use immediately.

I found this course useful as it provided actionable insights into better posture control and techniques to minimise eye strain. I've often been concerned whether I'm utilising correct posture in-particular, so the visual aids to demonstrate how I should be sitting in my seat was particularly useful. I will be using a separate keyboard now, following the guidance on this course, as I've learnt that my laptop is sitting outside of my "near reach zone" when I'm sitting at my desk at home, so I'm currently stretching further than recommended to type.

Broken down into nice short sections, easy to follow. Some interesting facts that I wasn't aware of as well as reminders of things I know I should be doing!
