So long it's difficult to maintain attention. Final questions froze twice and had to restart. Not looking forward to the rest of the courses if they are of the same format.

It was nice to see that the course had been updated since I last did it, on account of COVID. The course provides a very useful reminder of the DSE risks, and the stretches are very useful.
