I thought this course was very good. I found the videos helpful and in particular the tips around posture and stretching exercises. I would recommend this course to anyone who needs to know how to use DSE correctly.

Covered the requirements well. Just need to follow them totally as desk is too narrow to have screen in front of me and actually feel more comfortable with it at 30 degress to my right.
Very relevant course, especially when remote working. Good reminder on how to adopt and maintain effective working practices while remote working
E-Learning is great but hard to deliver and maintain engagement for all people. The course was detailed and used different resources and speakers which helped a lot. Not too laborious and just the right length of time. New content about remote working was a little lite and I do feel there could be more focus on this 'new normal' without having to subscribe to a completely separate course. The focus on wellbeing was unexpected and presented well.
