It makes you realise that there are thing you do which you deem to be comfortable when adjusting your seat or work station, but in reality, they are probably no the best things for your posture.

I thought this course was very good. I found the videos helpful and in particular the tips around posture and stretching exercises. I would recommend this course to anyone who needs to know how to use DSE correctly.
