Easy to access the course. Clear and simple rules to follow to stay fit and healthy whilst working.
I like how it has been adapted to show sit, stand and remote working. I also think the examples of 20-20-20 rules and stretches are a great reminder for users. I have set myself a reminder, hopefully it lasts!

Don't think it has changed much from last year, could be more tailored to working from home, also the pregnancy module should be optional and could potentially be a trigger.
