This course is very informative with clear examples and tips for adhering to the advice. The test also identified I had misheard one aspect so it was great that it provided the opportunity to go back to that section and review directly. This course will help me to prevent back pain/stress/headaches/migraines that I have previously suffered with using DSE. I wish I had been given access to a course like this years ago!
Very interesting course - i did not know about the free eye test and also have now realised to of our chairs are not the correct ones.
